An email full of gratitude
Its not every day one receives an email from a client, who returns, no more than 14 hours from their holiday and feels compelled to write an email of praise.
I was delighted to read the message from some new clients of ours who have recently returned from a weeks holiday in Egypt. After having persuaded them to travel with a particular tour operator over another, they were thrilled with the level of personal service and professionalism they received. Hooray - some one is getting it right! We always call our clients on their return to check that the holiday was to their expectation. In this case we were beaten to it - they emailed us first. Its in ones nature to assume that there must be some problem when you hear so soon on the clients return but they were so thrilled to rave about the Hyatt Regency in Sharm el Sheikh, I thought others should know about it too. It is a sound hotel to stay in especially with young and older children alike. There is a children's club, babysitting services and the hotel staff are exceptional.
The Red Sea is a great destination for a weeks winter sun and because our winter has seemed so long this year, Egypt has certainly received its fair share of people seeking warmer climes. Now Easter holidays are upon us, there are many more English visiting this area. I would urge any families who are disappointed at not being able to travel now, to consider their October half term break. Get in touch with us.
